Brew Guide
Aeropress
Grind medium-fine. Water at 185–195°F. Press slowly after 2 minutes. The honey and milk chocolate come through smooth and full, without any bitterness.
French Press
Grind coarse. Water at 200°F. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly. The body turns warm and soft, exactly right for a slow evening.
Late evening, shared
