Rainblow-led travel to Colombia. Queer-led. Queer-centered.

The families who grow your coffee want to meet you too.

Colombia has one of the most vibrant queer communities in Latin America. Medellín has been building its queer culture for a decade, not as a tourist offering, but as something the city actually lives. The Andes are extraordinary. The food is real. The people are warm in a way that surprises everyone who comes for the first time.

Medellín is the city of eternal spring, green all year, warm all year. It reinvented itself in one generation and it shows: cable cars over the mountains, painted staircases in Comuna 13, a queer nightlife in El Poblado and Laureles that runs loud and proud. This is where your coffee gets its final touch, and it is a genuinely great city to fall in love with.

The farming families in Antioquia, a coffee-growing region of Colombia, are your hosts for part of the journey. The queer community in Colombia is your guide for the rest.

You arrive as yourself. You are welcomed exactly that way.

Every aspect of the journey is designed and led by queer people.

The guides, the hosts, the itinerary, the spaces. Built from the ground up by and for the queer community, in collaboration with queer Colombians who know their country in ways no guidebook covers. The farming families who host you are partners. They have worked with Rainblow for eight years. They know where their coffee goes. They are excited to meet who drinks it.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

The farms.

Jardín, in the Southwest of Antioquia. Walk the land. See the trees. Understand what three years of care before a first harvest actually looks like.

The roast.

Medellín. See where the families bring their coffee to finish it. Taste it fresh, the week it was roasted.

Queer Colombia.

Queer-led initiatives, artists, and community builders. The Colombia that does not make it into travel brochures but is very much there.

The country.

Food, music, landscape, culture. Colombia in its full beauty, with people who love it.

The first Rainblow Journey launches November 2026.
